TOP RULE TO FIND THE PERFECT OUTFIT
An outfit is always an extension of your personality; remember this, go for something that represents you, you will then feel fabulous.
Study the dress code carefully, it changes slightly every year, this years biggest change being the new rule on no sheer dresses, ruling out fabulous brands such as self portrait.
It is fabulous that so many of you have been super organised this year with getting your STUNNING outfits to me in plenty of time, helping me to create your beautiful bespoke hats. Well done ladies
Be sure to start wearing shoes around the house 4 weeks prior to ascot, this will help avoid any ugly blisters and swelling.
It is a dream come true to wear amazing outfits & hats five days running!
I cannot wait share my outfits & hats with you again this year, until then here are my top tips on looking and feeling fabulous even by day five…
Berocca - the perfect pick me up
Eye Drops - hides even day four champagne eyes!
Extra tough Plasters, for any rubs and blisters, hopefully you wont have them from my shoe tip.

I love the carvar and champagne diet at RA, caviar is a source of vitamins and minerals, including omega 3, which helps to promote a healthy nervous, circulatory and immune system. One serving of caviar has an adult’s daily requirement of Vitamin B12. Other nutrients included are vitamins A, E, B6, Iron, Magnesium and Selenium, i swear by it!
ENJOY EVERY MINUTE, can not wait to see you all there
