In what was probably one of the most exciting times of my career so far, last night I was beyond privileged to attend the launch of The Royal Ascot Millinery Collective at Fenwick Bond St. Not only did I attend as a lover of the industry and everything it embodies, but as one of the chosen Milliners to have been appointed to The Collective...pinch me now!
Attending with masters such as Philip Treacy OBE, Stephen Jones OBE and Awon Golding was awe-inspiring and you could literally feel the creativity buzzing in the air.
Fenwick's own in-house bar Bond Street Kitchen kept our glasses of Moet well topped up throughout, and we enjoyed some jazz in the background. All in all the evening was so well hosted by the brilliant Goodley Bullen PR and Fenwick.
We also lit up social media amongst us with coverage from the event - see below for my favourite posts from the evening!
UK press also picked up on the event with some fantastic coverage and fashion tips for attendees of Royal Ascot this year.
"Layla Leigh's is one of the most vibrant in colour in the collection, with the designer incorporating feathers into their design. It's also one of the more affordable, and costs just £295"
